We are Cates Consulting, a boutique executive search firm with a highly successful and unique approach to executive recruiting. Founded by Elena Cates in 1991, and run by Elena Cates and Rachel Galligan, commonly known as “The Search Sisters,” Cates Consulting has cultivated a highly talented research, recruiting and administrative team.
